How to convert iPhone photos to JPG
Newer iPhones often save photos as HEIC. JPG is easier to upload, send and open across more apps and devices.
Use HEIC → JPG when an app will not accept your iPhone photo.
Choose the HEIC photo, keep quality high when detail matters, convert it, then download the JPG. The JPG is usually easier to use on Windows, Android, websites and older apps.

- Choose the HEIC photo.Select the image from Files or your device.
- Review quality and size.Keep a higher quality setting for detailed photos. Optional maximum dimensions can scale a large image down.
- Convert and download. The result is a JPG file that works in far more upload forms and apps.
What changes?
HEIC uses efficient modern compression. JPG uses broader but lossy compression, so file size and image quality can change.
Does this fix upload errors?
If the upload form rejects HEIC but accepts JPG, converting the file usually solves the format problem.
